Mr. Usen is currently an Executive Director, Corporate Services and Commercial in Bank of Industry (BOI), Nigeria, overseeing Management Services and the BOI Subsidiaries.

Prior to his current role at BOI, He served as Deputy Director in branch operations department, Central Bank of Nigeria; overseeing the service delivery division, with over thirty-two (32) years’ work experience in the Bank.

20 years of this, were in Human Resource core functions of

• Performance Management, 
• Workforce Planning, 
• Talent Management, 
• Change Management, 
• Continuous Improvement and HR Transformation. 

He is a highly analytical, cross functional team member with the ability to connect strategic objectives to operational tactics and drive change.

He is also a passionate about value creation in business and focused on enabling dynamic and customer focused work environment.

Mr. Usen holds a degree in Agric. Economic from University of Calabar and M.Sc. in Agric, Economics from University of Ibadan, he has attended various training both locally and internationally.

He is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM); Strategic Workforce Planner, Human Capital Institute (SWP); Certified Talent Acquisition Professional (CTAP) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
